Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive threat assessments by analyzing attack patterns, performing threat modeling, and evaluating the likelihood of vendor-related risks to strengthen organizational defenses.
* Examine global threat intelligence data to identify trends and support the development of effective security protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
* Continuously monitor security threats and system performance using various tools, ensuring the effectiveness of security controls and automating system health checks for critical information assets.
* Define penetration testing scope, execute ethical hacking activities, document findings, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
* Partner with business teams to deliver security awareness training, highlighting identified vulnerabilities and suggesting practical, cost-efficient controls to minimize risk.
* Triage security events, incidents, and escalations to determine appropriate response actions, coordinating efforts to mitigate both insider and external cyber threats.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement multi-factor authentication and access control solutions, automate security scans and deployments, and contribute to full-stack security initiatives.
* Assess, design, implement, and communicate encryption standards, policies, and best practices across diverse platforms and system environments.
