Contact Heather Lennox | ( | HR Business Partner - Monaghan - PermanentRiada are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across multiple sites in the Republic of Ireland.This is a senior appointment within the organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while driving people strategy, operational excellence and a positive workplace culture across assigned locations.The Opportunity:£Attractive salary & benefits packageMonday to Friday working weekBased in Monaghan with regular travel a minimum of 1 day per week to Blanchardstown.Permanent positionRegular team building eventsGenerous holiday allowanceThe Role:Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as the primary HR lead for your designated sites, delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service.You will play a pivotal role in aligning people initiatives with business objectives, ensuring consistency in HR practices, and supporting managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Working as part of a wider HR team, you will contribute to strategic projects while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence across your sites.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR partner to site leadership teams across multiple locationsSupport the delivery of the organisations people strategy at site levelProvide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and absence managementEnsure compliance with employment legislation in the Republic of IrelandDrive consistency in HR policies, procedures, and best practiceSupport organisational change, workforce planning, and development initiativesContribute to employee engagement and culture across all sitesCollaborate with the wider HR team on strategic HR projects and continuous improvementCriteria:CIPD Qualified (or working towards).Degree in HR, business, or a related field (desirable).Demonstrable HR generalist experience within manufacturing, construction, or another operational sector.Strong, demonstrable experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end.Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote site leadership teams advantageous.Excellent understanding of ROI law. Understanding of UK employment law advantageous.Skilled in coaching managers and building capability on site and remotely.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel flexibly.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to attend other company sites in Northern Ireland when required.
