Conveyancing ParalegalCentral Leeds (Hybrid Working)£27,000 + Excellent BenefitsA long standing National law firm are looking to recruit a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly regarded conveyancing team at their central Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a Senior Property Solicitor, providing support on their caseload while also managing a small portfolio of your own sale files.This role offers a clear progression path, with the opportunity to step up to Fee Earner level within 6 months.Key Responsibilities:
* Assist a Senior Solicitor with a busy caseload of residential property matters.
* Manage a selection of your own sale files from instruction to completion.
* Draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
* Provide excellent client service at all stages of the conveyancing process.
About You:
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in conveyancing or remortgage is essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Keen interest in developing your career towards a fee-earning role.
