Mail Centre Warehouse Operatives – Cardiff
Location: St Mellons, Cardiff
Rate of Pay: Up to £14.48- £15.74 per hour (dependent on shift pattern; overtime may apply)
Contract Type: Temporary (Seasonal)
Pertemps is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join Royal Mail’s Cardiff Mail Centre during the peak festive season. If you’re ready to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team supporting one of the UK’s most iconic delivery services — we want to hear from you!
No previous experience required — full training provided!
Key Responsibilities
During your shift, you’ll be expected to carry out a range of manual tasks, including:
* Sorting parcels and letters from conveyor belts quickly and accurately
* Loading and unloading items into York containers and cages
* Manual handling tasks such as lifting, stacking, and sorting
* Supporting general warehouse operations as needed
Shift Patterns
You’ll work 5 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday, across one or more of the following patterns:
* Mornings: 08:00 – 14:00
* Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00
* Nights: 22:00 – 06:00
