You will take a leading role in ensuring all products are prepared and cooked accurately, consistently meeting required specifications while adhering to production plans.You will lead by example on the kitchens area, guiding and motivating team members, supporting training, and helping new starters settle into the role. A key part of your responsibilities will include monitoring cooking processes, and maintaining product quality, while ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times.You will also oversee the use of ingredients, equipment, and labour within the cooking area, helping to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
