Key responsibilities
* Underwrite SME Package, Property Owners, Home, and Office risks.
* Assess and price risks in line with underwriting guidelines.
* Manage quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
* Build and maintain relationships with brokers to support growth and retention.
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
* Monitor market trends and contribute to product and business development initiatives.
