  • We’re also proud to be a Hive HR Employee Voice Certified organisation, with a strong commitment to listening to and acting on colleague feedback.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

This is a truly rewarding opportunity to support a group of independent and vibrant individuals who live in their own self-contained apartments, with access to a shared lounge and kitchen where they love to socialise, cook, and relax together.

    The people we support enjoy:

  • Trips to the seaside and meals out
  • Studying, job-seeking, and working towards personal goals
  • Spending time independantly in their own spaces, and in the community.
  • Living life on their own terms, with choice and independence at the heart of everything
  • You’ll be part of a close-knit, experienced team who are passionate about creating an inclusive, and empowering environment.

This role is hands-on and dynamic — you’ll need to be calm, resilient, and confident in supporting people with emotional needs and behaviours that can be verbally or physically challenging. But you’ll also be part of something truly special: helping people live their best lives, every single day.

We’re looking for people who can work 22.5 hours or more per week, including at least one sleep-in shift. Having a Full UK Manual driving licence is also preferable.

    About you:

You don’t need previous experience in care to be a great Support Worker — what matters most is your values and your passion for helping others.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive to others
  • Resilient, patient, and determined
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking
  • Fun, friendly, and full of positive energy
  • Whether you’ve worked in care before, supported a loved one, or are simply someone who wants to make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.

We live by our values every day: We Include • We Deliver • We Aspire • We Respect • We Enable

Our A Place I Belong strategy sets out our promises to build a fair, diverse, and welcoming workplace — one that reflects the communities we serve and celebrates every individual’s uniqueness.
