Our client is looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their team. This can be on a full or part time basis and will be fully office based. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation headquartered in Inverness.
They are looking for someone with experience in accounts who is looking to join a supportive and fast paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing Invoices/Credit notes to valid Purchase Orders
* Completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
* Dealing with Supplier queries
* Processing Company Credit Card reports, ensuring adherence to policy
* Drafting VAT returns for review
* Assisting with month end accounts and month end journals
* Liaising with and assisting Finance Managers
* Supervising and assisting the Transaction Team
* Adherence to all company policies, financial processes and controls
Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role is essential
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated and proactive
