Interaction Engineering Mechanical Fitter About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Fitter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to work on a variety of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical components and machinery Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Carry out planned and reactive maintenance Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Experience with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) preferred Good attention to detail and ability to work independently Desirable Skills Welding or fabrication experience Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics What We Offer Competitive salary Overtime opportunities Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment How to Apply If you are a motivated Mechanical Fitter looking for your next opportunity, apply now with your CV.
