Service Desk Analyst – Excel and Data Focus, Early Shift Near Newport Pagnell | 5:30am – 1:30pm | Driving licence essential We’ve been retained by an established technology business to hire a Service Desk Analyst with strong data analysis skills and excellent Excel knowledge. This role isn’t just about logging tickets. You’ll be analysing data for accuracy, spotting anomalies, solving problems quickly, and working with teams across the business to keep systems running smoothly. What you’ll need 3 years’ customer support or data experience Excellent Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reporting) Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Clear, confident communication skills Driving licence (public transport isn’t an option for a 5:30am start) What’s on offer Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hrs) 5:30am – 1:30pm, Mon–Fri core hours with some flex to cover other shifts from time to time.
