Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of the schools throughout Northampton Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust, dirt, and debris. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and other machinery as required. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
