XLCR Vehicle Management Ltd, a leading car leasing company, are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for confident, disciplined, and intelligent individuals with excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, while receiving full training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct support to the Finance Manager
* Sage data processing
* Accounts & Finance Support
* Raising sales invoices and processing purchase invoices
* Managing credit control, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up overdue payments
* Office Administration including data entry
* Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
* Managing and responding to emails efficiently
Person Specification:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred but not essential.
* Good mathematical skills
* Basic Excel/Microsoft skills

£26000 annual salary
Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:30
