The Role
Our Team Leaders go beyond management—they get involved and manage on their feet. We see you as our future Store Managers.
* Support the management team in daily business activities
* Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service and store standards
* Maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, errors, and costs
About You
* Experience in supervisory or team leading roles within fast-paced retail
* Understanding of retail KPIs like sales, profit, and service
* Confidence, resilience, ambition, and the ability to develop others
* Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential)
* Success in this role can lead to promotion opportunities
