You will be fully supported on your path to becoming fully accredited—we cover the costs, assist with paperwork, and make the process as smooth as possible.
As a Graduate, you will:
Assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing Gleeds’ internal APC preparation programme and self-development training to attain Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contributing to high-quality service and deliverables.
* Assisting Cost Managers in the accurate and timely delivery of services.
* Supporting Cost Managers with the preparation of:
* Order of cost estimates and option studies.
* Cost plans.
* Tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
* Assisting in the evaluation and reporting of tenders.
* Valuation of completed work and arranging payments.
* Preparation and settlement of final accounts.
* Administration of construction contracts.
* Preparing reports for clients.
About You
What you will need:
* You will have graduated or will be receiving your degree before August 2025.
* You have the right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills—both oral and written.
* Good organisational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in ICT, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
