Conveyancer – Torquay – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Torquay
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (with flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected South West law firm seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Practitioner with at least 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential property. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well‑established Property team in Torquay, handling quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
* Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
* Willingness to attend client meetings and external events
