Job Title: Estimator Construction & Drainage
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 plus package

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for groundworks, drainage, and civil engineering projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
* Conduct site visits to gather data and assess conditions
* Work closely with project managers and engineers to align estimates with delivery plans
* Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness
* Support post-tender negotiations and value engineering
* Maintain and update estimating tools and databases
Requirements:
* Proven Estimator experience in construction or drainage
* Strong understanding of UK construction methods and regulations
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tenders independently
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Desirable Qualifications:
* HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, or similar professional bodies
