Event & Marketing Business Executive (Full-time, Contract)
Location: Land Rover Experience Solihull Venue
Employer: CSRM Outsourcing Limited, a resource management company with a long-term agreement to provide resources at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience (JLRE) centres.
Applicants must adhere to and sign JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.
Department
Part of the Global JLRE Venues program, including Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool, and Castle Bromwich. JLRE Venues promote customer experiences for Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
Role Overview
As an Event & Business Executive, you will create exceptional guest relationships through strong customer focus and attention to detail, delivering outstanding service and bespoke booking support. You will coordinate with front-of-house executives to ensure all aspects of the customer journey are managed and aim to exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will align resource requirements with revenue targets and complete project work.
Reporting to the Deputy Venue Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Create an environment where guests become advocates through memorable experiences.
* Pre-event attendance planning in line with venue processes.
* Work pattern is primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
* Assist with venue administration to ensure smooth delivery of client experiences.
* Handle group and event inquiries, creating proposals according to pricing policies.
* Respond to event inquiries within 48 hours.
* Design and produce event literature following branding strategies.
* Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, from start to finish.
* Engage with all event stakeholders, ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, H&S, and risk assessments.
* Maintain booking accuracy in the front desk system and diary.
* Plan the diary considering instructor roles, qualifications, and rotas.
* Support resource requests across venues and teams.
* Reconcile budgets, track revenue, and produce monthly reports.
* Assist with social media content and venue promotion, building relationships with local hotels and suppliers.
* Manage social media outlets, respond to posts, gather customer feedback, and support marketing plans.
* Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials.
* Organize room setups and event breakdowns according to standards.
* Ensure venue leads are informed throughout event planning and delivery.
* Act as the main client contact during events, handling requests and requirements.
* Oversee event breakdown and perform other management duties as required.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in event management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
* Ability to work with functional teams and assist others as needed.
* Enthusiasm, drive, commitment, and confidence to achieve goals independently.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Experience in account management and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
This role may require occasional driving of Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles. Insurance rules specify:
* Must be 18+ years old, hold a full driving license for at least 12 months, with no convictions involving dangerous driving or disqualifications, and no conditions impairing driving ability.
