Softcat is embarking on a multi-year Sales system replacement programme using on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), PROS smart CPQ and Copilot platform. We require a Business Systems Analyst to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for this role. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and talented business analysis to join at the start of a high profile project and gain the experience of implementing a market leading CRM system. As the Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business needs Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their Sales/CRM requirements. Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs). Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Collaborate with solution architects and designers to develop the Sales system's functional design We'd love you to have: Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects. Knowledge of industry-specific CRM best practice Knowledge and experience of Customer Management Experience of working with 3rd party partner A proactive, can-do approach and a willingness to learn from or share best practice experience with the team.
