Job Description: Bid Manager Fit-Out Were working with a leading specialist in glass partitioning and interior fit-out solutions, looking to appoint a Bid Manager to drive growth across the North This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on developing key relationships, securing projects, and managing a strong pipeline within a well-established and respected business. The Role Youll take ownership of all commercial and project relationships across the region, working closely with main contractors, architects, and design partners to deliver sustained growth. This is more than a traditional bid role its a strategic position where youll influence projects from early engagement through to award. Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to contact for all opportunities Manage and develop a strong regional pipeline to hit revenue targets Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects & design teams (A&D) Represent the business at a senior level acting as a true brand ambassador Drive projects forward with urgency, balancing new opportunities and live tenders What Were Looking For Proven experience within glass partitions, fit-out, or faade-related sectors Strong commercial mindset with a track record of winning work / influencing specs Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the construction lifecycle Confident communicator comfortable operating at senior level Driven, proactive, and able to manage both pipeline and delivery Whats On Offer Excellent salary (DOE) Bonus structure linked to performance Clear progression within a growing, forward-thinking business Opportunity to own and grow a key region Interested?
