Supermassive Games have produced some of the most recognisable and compelling storytelling titles in the world of AAA games. The BAFTA-winning Until Dawn, the cinematic masterclass of The Dark Pictures Anthology, the multi-award winning The Quarry, the action-packed rollercoaster horror VR titles Switchback VR and Rush of Blood to the world of Little Nightmares, and many more!
We have an opening for a mid-level Producer on a fixed-term contract basis.
With both people and project management responsibilities, you’ll run multiple cross-disciplinary goal teams and supervise key areas of development from concept to completion.
You’ll manage several goals simultaneously, taking responsibility for major features or project areas, helping teams prioritise work, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality content on time.
This is a fixed term contract until November 2026 (we therefore cannot offer sponsorship for this vacancy)
Here’s just a snippet of what you’ll be up to:
1. Develop and maintain efficient art pipelines, tools and workflows.
2. Support artists with technical problem-solving and guidance.
3. Profile, optimise and improve asset performance and memory usage.
4. Collaborate with engineering on technical requirements and solutions.
5. Create shaders, materials and procedural systems in Unreal Engine.
6. Ensure assets meet strict performance budgets and technical constraints.
7. Document workflows, tools and technical processes.
8. Documenting processes, workflows and new systems.
What we’re looking for:
9. Proven experience as a Producer within game development.
10. Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and multi-discipline workflows.
11. Experience running or supporting scrum teams and delivering against defined milestones.
12. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
13. Confidence in decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solving under pressure.
14. Ability to navigate complex schedules, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
15. A collaborative mindset aligned with our values of openness, quality, and supporting others.
16. Experience with Jira, ShotGrid, or similar production tools would be beneficial
17. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing people and teams
