Pyrodec Ltd is a specialist fire protection company, providing essential safety solutions such as fire door inspections, remedial works, and fire stopping.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and keen to learn. You don't need years of experience, just solid computer skills, good communication, and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you'll be doing:
* Compiling inspection/work reports and ensuring accuracy of documents
* Preparing compliance paperwork and supporting documentation
* Handling general office administration tasks (emails, filing, data entry, scheduling support)
* Looking after staff training ensuring everyone is up to date.
* Supporting our technical and management teams with day-to-day tasks

* Confident computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
* Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
* Good attention to detail and organisation
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn – we'll provide training
