Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Picking Operative to join our client based in Denby, near Ripley, DE5. The prime purpose of the Picking Operative is to pick profile lengths ready for distribution.
Picking Operatives Hours:
* Static Days 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rotation
Picking Operatives Pay:
* Days rate: £12.80 per hour plus £19.20 per hour for overtime
The job roles and responsibilities of the Picking Operatives include:
* Participate in the processing of orders; including picking, packing, labelling, and storing of the product.
* Help to maintain organisation, cleanliness, and restock.
* Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
* Promote a positive work environment and maintain safety, always.
* Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* Preferred knowledge of hand scanners
* Perform all other duties as assigned
Key skills required for the role of Picking Operatives:
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience of picking is required
* Working as part of a team
