Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Criminal Lawyer to join our Dudley Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota and has experience in police station representation, court advocacy, and litigation.The Role:Full-time, including out-of-hours and weekend work for duty rota and police station representationAs part of our Criminal Defence team, you will:
* Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters
* Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts
* Advocate in court cases, including bail applications, case management hearings, and trials
* Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota, including out-of-hours and weekend work
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
The Ideal Candidate:To be successful in this role, you must:
* Be a qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation
* Have experience representing clients at police stations and in court
* Be confident in advocacy and litigation
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Be committed to providing high-quality client care
