The Role – Graduate Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise students during teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a calm, focused learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Delivering set work and following lesson plans provided by teaching staff
* Managing behaviour positively and maintaining high classroom standards
* Supporting student engagement and progress during lessons
* Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times
No formal teaching qualification or QTS is required.
