Job Description
We are a proud family-run business seeking an experienced and dedicated Blind Installer to join our team. The role involves working on both domestic and commercial projects, delivering a high standard of service and installation. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out installations independently and as part of a team, often in varied environments such as healthcare, education, residential and office spaces. Overtime, weekend work, and overnight stays may be required at short notice.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must:
* Hold a full, valid driving licence
* Be willing and able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, when required
* Be prepared to work away from home with overnight stays at short notice
* Demonstrate initiative when working independently
* Work to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail
* Be self-motivated, adaptable, honest, and reliable
* Maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude and respond well to challenges
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience in blind installation
* Valid CSCS card
