Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour

Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and capable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a respected primary school? We are currently recruiting for a full-time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in Everton (L3). The school is highly regarded, known for its supportive leadership team, particularly the SENCO and Headteacher, and is praised by staff, parents, and pupils alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Individual Pupil Support: Provide dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the specific learning and developmental needs of a pupil with SEN.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to implement and monitor individual learning plans.
* Resource Preparation: Assist in creating and adapting resources to support the pupil’s learning experience.
* Classroom Support: Help maintain an inclusive and structured classroom environment that encourages all pupils to thrive.
* Behaviour Management: Use positive strategies and interventions to support the pupil’s behaviour and social development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
