We are a Building Services Engineering design practice with a presence across the whole of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands. Founded by a team of well-established Directors, we deliver unparalleled MEP Design services to our clients operating in close collaboration with clients and their design teams to provide a comprehensive project package.
We specialise in complete M&E building services and sustainability design across all engineering sectors, helping buildings meet the demands of the future. Our services include renewable energy consulting, photovoltaic system design, low carbon consulting, IES modelling, SAP calculations, and energy management strategy.

We have 16x staff and of which are 4x directors so all staff work alongside the directors and get personal training and development.

We are also customer facing and work as design consultants so you must be customer facing and happy to meet and entertain clients on a rare occassion.
Key responsibilities
• Produce high-quality electrical engineering design across a range of building types and sectors.
• Develop detailed electrical designs including LV distribution, lighting, emergency systems, fire alarms, small power, containment and EV charging.
• Prepare and review calculations, specifications, schedules, and design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and other design consultants to deliver coordinated and buildable solutions.
• Contribute to renewable energy and sustainability elements of projects, including photovoltaic system design and low carbon strategies.
• Attend project meetings, client meetings, and site visits as required.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and statutory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant British Standards, IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and building regulations.
• Support junior engineers and graduate colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
• Contribute to tender submissions and design fee proposals where required.
What were looking for
Essential:
• Demonstrable experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment.
• Strong working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and relevant British Standards.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD for design production.
• Experience producing calculations, specifications, and design deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Working towards or holding Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status (IET or CIBSE).
• Experience with sustainable and low carbon electrical design.
• Familiarity with Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux, Amtech
• Experience working across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, education, or healthcare.
