Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective leadership and commercial awareness • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building loyalty and repeat business • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team • Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance • Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability • Maintain high standards of presentation in line with brand guidelines Requirements: • Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up) within fashion retail • A passion for ladies’ fashion and current trends • Strong leadership and team development skills • Commercially minded with a track record of achieving targets • Excellent communication and organisational abilities • Energetic, hands-on, and customer-focused The salary is paying up to £38,000 accompanied by a range of employee benefits such as discounts, performance related bonus & more.
