The Role
Are you an experienced ATA Estimator with an eye for detail and a drive to get things right first time? Ready to join a high‑performing team in a modern, well‑equipped repair centre?
We’re recruiting an Estimator for our repair centre in Ellesmere Port.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient vehicle damage assessments. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll focus on delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting site performance through effective estimating.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documented
* Follow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi‑Methods
* Process estimates based on site capacity and budget
* Support KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiency
* Liaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work required
* Flag safety concerns relating to the repair
* Assist the Customer Service team with technical queries
* Keep estimates updated to reflect approvals and final values for invoicing

We’re looking for someone who:
* Is an experienced, ATA VDA Estimator.
* Can demonstrate knowledge across all body repair processes.
* Is confident using Audatex, GT Motive, Thatcham, Ezi‑Methods and Microsoft Office.
* Communicates clearly and works well under pressure.
* Delivers consistently accurate, high‑quality work.
