Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the lesson plans provided and ensure a productive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment Assess and provide feedback on student work to support their learning and development Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding student progress and any concerns Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work with diverse student populations Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Proven experience in teaching or working with children and young people Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum Effective classroom management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Previous experience as a supply teacher Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behaviour management Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the designated area Follow school policies and procedures Full-time hours with potential for additional responsibilities Opportunities for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
