Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Were looking for a Supervisor to join our Telecoms team. This is a fixed term role for up to 9 months. Youll be based in either Loughborough or Mansfield. Youll lead a small team working on fibre builds. Youll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to the right standard. Youll check work on site, support your team, and report back to managers. Youll need to know how to splice fibre. Youll also need to understand how Openreach networks work. Youll be someone who can spot problems early and fix them fast. Youll plan daily work, check tools and kit, and make sure your team follows safety rules. Youll also speak with clients and help keep things running smoothly. We want someone whos hands-on, calm under pressure, and good with people. Youll be the link between the field and the office.
