ThecompanysupplieslabourandprofessionalsintoliveconstructionprojectsacrossLondonandnationally,workingwithlong-standingclientsandrepeatbusiness.Seniorconsultantsmanagesignificantaccountsandmaintaincloserelationshipswithsiteteamsanddecision-makers.
Manyofthecurrentseniorconsultantsstartedinjuniorortraineeroles,learnedthemarketfromthegroundupandprogressedintoaccountownershipandleadershippositions.
Thishireisbeingmadetosupportworkloadacrosskeyclientaccountsanddevelopthenextlayerofconsultantswithinthebusiness.
TheRole
Youwilljoinasatraineerecruitmentconsultant,workingalongsideexperiencedconsultantsonactive,revenue-generatingaccounts.
Thisisahands-on,commercialrolecombiningphone-basedsalesactivitywithregularsiteandclientexposure.

Supportingdeliveryacrossactiveconstructionsites
Attendingcandidatemeetingsandinductions
Visitingclientsitesandspendingtimewithsitemanagers
Learninghowtomanageclientrequirementsandworkforceplanning
Graduallytakingownershipofrolesandaccountsascapabilityisproven
Youwillbeencouragedtogetoutoftheofficetounderstandtheenvironmentyouarerecruitingfor.Siteexposureisakeypartofdevelopingcredibilityandprogressingwithinthebusiness.
