Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Wandsworth. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs). Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and supportive learning activities. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support pupils in developing confidence, communication, and social skills. Requirements: Previous experience supporting SEN children in schools or similar settings.
