We are working with a well-established manufacturer in the Construction products sector. The business are looking to significantly grow its presence within the industrial and commercial flooring market. With a strong brand, great reputation, clear focus and ambitious long-term plans, this is a business investing in both people and strategy to drive organic growth.
This is a sales-driven role, but one that involves real end-to-end project involvement - from identifying opportunities, through pricing and contractor liaison, to on-site support (with technical assistance available when needed).

Proven experience in sales within the construction industry (ideally industrial/resin flooring)
Strong network within specialist flooring applicators and relevant contractor base
Proactively identify and develop flooring projects in your territory
Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver competitive proposals
Price projects in conjunction with the commercial team, follow through from tender to completion
Act as the face of the business for key flooring customers and applicators
Cross-sell complementary systems from the broader product portfolio
Maintain strong visibility on project pipeline, stock levels and performance metrics
Solid organisational and communication skills are a must About Us
