Job Description:
The Role
We are recruiting for a Social Value Solutions Manager to join our Business Development Team. You will be responsible for leading our strategic external positioning around the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group (SRG), a group comprising employers, not for profit and public sector organisations which has joined together to drive greater levels of social recruitment and support for people who are disadvantaged in the labour market. Working closely with colleagues in our Partnership Services team and our Marketing function, you will enhance the reputation and profile of the group, supporting solution design to drive greater levels of social recruitment and ensuring consistent and regular communications across digital and other channels to drive awareness of the group and its services.
You will liaise with the Employer Engagement team to ensure that the SRG forward plan is aligned with the business objectives and, as the lead on the SRG secretariat you will be responsible for ensuring the group runs smoothly with regular quarterly meetings and clear actions and outputs from each meeting.
Your role will involve establishing and overseeing a steering group to ensure that PeoplePlus is able to demonstrate its social value commitments and progress. Working with People Development Team and our operational teams, you will have a key role in supporting operational teams to deliver against the social value commitments they have made and ensure these are reflected in our Social Value Portal (TOMs) dashboard.
This is a senior level role for someone who has exceptional communication and engagement skills and is able to work across the PeoplePlus divisions and prioritise activities that meet our commercial and social purpose objectives.
