Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operator for our client based in the Cirencester, Gloucester area.
The company specialise in subcontracted metal work making, building and cutting bespoke products within a range of sectors.
Day to day duties as a Press Brake Operator
* Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
* Select correct tooling and materials for each job.
* Measure and inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Adjust machine settings to achieve required bend angles and tolerances
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any faults
Requirements
* Previous experience operating press brake machines (CNC preferred).
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
Press Brake Operator Pay & Shifts
* £14.00 per hour depending on experience
* Monday - Thursday 07:30- 16:00
* Friday 07:30 - 12:30
* 30 Minutes lunch break
* Immediate start
