The Role As Venue Manager, you will:
Lead the opening and ongoing management of a premium dining and events venue.
Define the service identity, culture, and standards for this landmark destination.
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH team.
Oversee all daily venue operations, ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
Manage rotas, stock control, ordering, compliance, and financial processes.
Work closely with the kitchen and wider estate teams to deliver seamless service.
Manage booking systems, POS platforms, and guest enquiries.
Support onsite events, tastings, and exclusive estate experiences.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue.
This role is perfect for someone passionate, driven, and excited to play a pivotal part in building something truly special.
About You Were looking for someone with:
35 years hospitality management experience (restaurant/venue preferred).
A proven ability to lead and motivate teams in premium, guest-focused settings.
Strong operational and compliance experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence using hospitality tech (EPOS, booking systems, MS Office).
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends as required.
