Exciting Opportunity: New/Used Car Sales Executive in Swansea Our Client, a reputable family-run vehicle dealership group, is seeking a dedicated New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their busy franchise-approved dealership in Swansea.

* Basic salary negotiable based on experience, with realistic uncapped earnings up to £60,000 per annum

Working hours
Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off in the week and every other weekend off (alternating 6-day and 4-day work weeks).
Duties
* Selling new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and surpass sales targets
* Keeping customers informed regarding delivery schedules and handling delays
* Resolving customer queries effectively and collecting payments before car handover
* Explaining warranty and service arrangements and introducing customers to the Service Department team
* Demonstrating vehicle features and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process
* Building strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar role within the motor trade; applications from trainees will not be considered
* A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Focused on results, with a professional attitude and dedication to excellence
* Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting customer relationships
* Passionate about working within the automotive industry and contributing to team success
