Monitoring and recording student progress. About You: The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of six months' experience in a formal setting supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A proactive and adaptable attitude.
