Working DAYS - 7am - 7pm with everyother weekend involved- 33hr Day contract ! Callands is a purpose-built care home that caters for up to 120 service users. The home specialises in dementia and nursing care. Our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible, promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. About the Role: To join us as a Registered Nurse, you’ll need to have current NMC registration, a valid pin and good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DOLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. The right candidate will be dedicated and compassionate and pride themselves on their person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. Duties and Responsibilities: Working closely with the care and management team, you will promote high standards of nursing care.
