Job Title: BID and Events Coordinator - Sports

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional out-of-school experiences for children and families? We are searching for a proactive, highly organised BID and Events Coordinator to lead Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programmes and other non-school services.
An opportunity to shape meaningful, high-impact programmes that support children’s development and wellbeing.
BID and Events Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and submission of HAF funding bids.
* Represent the business in meetings with councils and funding bodies.
* Source venues and manage provider relationships.
* Support marketing and customer engagement efforts.
* Oversee programme delivery, registration, and compliance.
* Maintain accurate data and support reporting.
* Assist with non-school programme outreach and growth.
BID and Events Coordinator - What Are We Looking For:
* Experience managing funded programmes.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Confident in bid writing and stakeholder engagement.
* Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, data entry).
* Knowledge of HAF is a big plus!
