Job Description
3. Allocate cash transactions
4. Reconcile banks
5. Ensure seamless integration of multiple supplier/customer systems to our internal ERP and maintain and update those records
6. Process pro-forma and automated payment run
7. Control credit customers
8. Upload factoring invoices
9. Maintain credit cards
10. Re-charge Intercompany sundries
11. Run prepayment and storage adjustments
12. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer/supplier queries are resolved
13. Provide administrative duties, cover and assistance for other team members as and when required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
14. A qualification or background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
15. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
16. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
17. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
19. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
