Position OverviewAs an Apprentice Controls Engineer, you will work closely withseasoned professionals to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing,and maintaining building control systems. This apprenticeship offers a uniqueopportunity for growth, mentorship, and the development of technical expertisewithin the Honeywell ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and assist in the design and implementation of Honeywellbuilding control systems.
* Support system integration, testing, and commissioning activitiesunder the guidance of experienced engineers.
* Collaborate with the project team to understand customerrequirements and contribute to system solutions.
* Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support forcontrol systems during installation and post-installation phases.
* Gain proficiency in ensuring compliance with industry standards,codes, and safety regulations.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentationrelated to control system designs and configurations.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and contributeideas for enhancements or upgrades to existing systems.

Qualifications:
* Demonstrated interest in controls engineering, buildingautomation, or a related discipline.
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems, DDC (Direct DigitalControl), and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) concepts would be desirable.
* Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in buildingcontrols.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to workcollaboratively within a team.
* Effective communication skills to interact with team members, mentors,and project stakeholders.
