Sleaford Building Services is a NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We specialise in commercial and industrial installations and are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager based in the Sleaford or surrounding area due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidate will have an in-depth experience performing a range of electrical design for commercial/Industrial projects. The Successful candidate will be a positive individual that is able to work well as part of a team.
Summary
As Electrical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of commercial projects, while supporting the development of the team and identifying opportunities to help grow the business.
Responsibilities
* Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, SBS delivery teams and management.
* Programme and project planning
* Health & Safety management with support from SBS QHSE manager
* Attending internal financial/progress meetings
* Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
* Specification and ordering of materials.
* Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
* Management and briefing of installation personnel.
* Resolving installation and access issues.
* Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
Education, Training and Qualifications
* 18th edition
* 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous)
* C&G Level 3
* HNC/D (advantageous)
* ECS/CSCS card
* Full UK Driving License
Knowledge and Skills
* Extensive experience working within the commercial sector.
* Proven M&E Project Management experience with strong electrical expertise.
* Strong commercial, design, financial, and delivery knowledge across construction contracts.
* Confident leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, client-focused approach with a genuine passion for quality and delivery excellence.
