Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a Regional Technical Support Engineer for one of our entities located in the South East UK. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a subject matter expert for all lift problems and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with other branches to diagnose highly complex issues.
3. Provide coaching and development to team members on technical issues.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.
* Hold a valid driver’s license.
* Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
* Professional with safety as a priority.
* Good communication skills.
* Curious, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
