We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Severn Beach, near Bristol. Primary Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
* Support pupils in the classroom across all primary year groups
* Create and maintain a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
* Assist with behaviour regulation using restorative practices
* Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support
* Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential
Requirements:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent
* A kind, patient, and compassionate approach
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Desire to make a positive difference in the community
