Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Carterton, Oxfordshire, to provide high-quality care and support to individuals, making a meaningful difference in their lives every day. Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred, caring, and dignified support to individuals, enabling them to live independently and participate in their communities
Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, and medication management, promoting overall well-being and health
Encourage independence, social interaction, and emotional well-being through activities, outings, and walks, tailored to individual needs and preferences
Receive client-specific training and ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in healthcare and social care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members, to deliver comprehensive care and support
Required Skills & Experience
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
Practical experience in healthcare or social care, although not essential, as full training and career development opportunities are available
Preferred: Practical Moving and Handling qualification, valid driving license, and experience working with individuals with complex needs
