Role Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join an expanding team specialising in civil claims against public bodies. Based in Liverpool, this role will involve managing a caseload of civil litigation matters, including unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, human rights breaches, and other public body accountability issues. You will handle multi-track work and civil jury trials in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
* At least 3 years’ experience handling Part 7 litigation work
* Strong background in litigation with a focus on civil claims
* Experience running cases through to trial, including working with Counsel
* Excellent knowledge of the CPR and pre-action disclosure procedures
* Ability to manage a multi-track caseload
* Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) and high IT competency
* Exceptional client care and communication skills
What’s On Offer:
* Salary: Up to £45,000
* Standard working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
