Hill McGlynn are working in partnership with a respected building services provider to recruit a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to work across London, Essex and Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced engineer to join a well-established team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work across a variety of commercial premises. The role offers a mix of planned and reactive work across education, healthcare, and office environments.
Responsibilities
*
Carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs on a wide range of commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
*
Completing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts.
*
Working across multiple sites including schools, offices, and healthcare facilities.
*
Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
*
Accurately completing job sheets and reporting issues.
*
Liaising with clients and site staff in a professional manner.
Skills & Experience
*
Fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with valid ACS certifications (e.g. COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.).
*
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial role.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
*
Experience working across multi-site environments.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Role Details

Location: covering London, Essex, Kent.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
