Overview
Job Title: Sales Manager. 19.50 hours per week; Tue 13:15 – 17:30; Wed 09:30 – 14:30; Thu 09:30 – 14:45; Sat 12:00 – 18:00. Flexible working options available.
To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. You will work in a fast-paced, varied environment where people are at the heart of what we do, and your experience in leading, coaching and motivating a team will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercially-focused, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
